Kielbasa means Sausage in Polish

Our Smoked Sausage is made from cured pork, salt, black pepper, marjoram,  juniper and paprika, and liberal amounts of fresh garlic. Kielbasa is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes. It can be served on its own as an appetizer or main course, or it can be added to soups, stews, and casseroles. Kielbasa is also a popular ingredient in sandwiches and wraps.
All of our products  can be eaten right out of the packaging or pan fried, boiled and grilled.
